Electrical Installer- Residential

Lickety Split is one of Northeast Florida's fastest-growing home services companies — and our electrical division is expanding. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Installer who takes pride in clean, safe, code-compliant work and knows how to deliver a five-star experience in a customer's home.

• Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems: panels, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, EV chargers, surge protection, and whole-home generators
• Perform panel changeouts and service upgrades to current NEC and local code
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues alongside our service team when needed
• Communicate clearly with homeowners — explain the work, set expectations, and leave the jobsite cleaner than you found it
• Complete accurate documentation, photos, and job closeout in our field software
• Maintain a fully stocked, organized company vehicle

• 2–3 years minimum of hands-on residential electrical experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and Florida residential code
• Experience with panel changes, rewires, and service upgrades preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders in Florida heat
