Position: Refrigeration Technicians - Experience Technician

Position Overview

We are hiring full‑time Experienced Refrigeration Technician. The role requires a self‑starter who can perform daily duties with little supervision.

Requirements And Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience servicing, repairing, and/or installing Commercial HVAC‑R equipment.

Tools

Must have personal hand tools available. Examples are refrigerant gauges, drill, volt meter, temperature probes, and hand tools. Company will provide recovery machine, vacuum pump, scale, torch kit, regulators.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to pass regular drug testing, be open to background checks, and have a clean driving record
Must have the ability to be “On‑Call” and available after hours for repairs
Must be able to climb ladders, balance on them, stand or sit for long periods, and not have fear of heights

Licenses & Certifications

608 Universal EPA Card required
Valid Florida Driver’s License required
