Job Overview

Field Service Technician – Jacksonville, FL. Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment, including on-call rotations and maintaining vehicle stock, parts, and tools.

• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers
• Diagnose, repair, and service beverage and commercial food equipment
• Be available for on‑call rotation
• Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills

• EPA Preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation via tablet or cell phone

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and move heavy objects frequently
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements
