We're expanding and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and helping customers stay comfortable year-round, this opportunity is for you. In this role, you'll service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems while helping customers improve comfort, performance, and energy efficiency. - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
- Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and solutions.
- Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly, in accordance with management guidelines.
- Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and ensure the proper condition of the service truck and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform service tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
