The Lawn & IPM Specialist is a critical, high-autonomy role within our Grounds Management division. You aren't just applying treatments; you are the primary steward of our clients' landscape health. Using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, you will diagnose issues, implement precision solutions, and ensure regulatory excellence. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will operate as a technical expert who balances environmental safety with aesthetic perfection.
