MAA Mandarin Lakes in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician. You will perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and property facilities in good working order, diagnose issues, and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
The role requires 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days), and a valid Florida driver’s license.
