We are currently seeking a CCTV Technician Operator
- Crew Lead with robotic tap cutting experience and who may also have a valid CDL license and PACP certification to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a CCTV Technician in the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) industry, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remote cutting equipment, pre and post-video inspection of pipelines, and supervision of confined space entry procedures.
You'll locate lateral connections within a pipeline, and assess the operating conditions and reinstatement of laterals after pipe rehabilitation. This position must also perform all duties of the Installation Technician as needed.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
Starting pay is $22.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Candidates with prior CIPP experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You'll Do:
Operate CCTV inspection equipment to inspect storm and sewer pipelines
Lead and supervise field crew members on daily projects
Perform pipeline condition assessments and document findings
Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
Confined space entry utilizing Insituform's safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner
Maintain, complete, and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client
Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels
Coordinate with project managers, municipalities, and clients as needed
Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control
What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience operating sewer/storm CCTV inspection equipmentNASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards or be willing to obtain one Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
