ZRS Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our residents with skilled, professional upkeep. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain apartments and common areas and ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, appliance maintenance, turnover work within 3–5 business days, preventive maintenance, inventorying tools, and keeping areas clean and safe. On-call hours may be required.
