MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartments and facilities are in good working order, diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems, and handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and door hardware tasks.
You will follow a preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents after completing repairs; EPA Type II or EPA Universal certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
