Residential Plumbing Technician

Position Overview

Circa Service FL is looking for an organized, experienced plumber with exceptional diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.

• Identify and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment (valves, toilets, water heaters, etc.).
• Install water heaters and garbage disposals.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean inside and out.
• Keep truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain required certifications (company will assist).
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

• Plumbing experience: 3 years (preferred).
• Previous on‑the‑job training a plus.
• Must hold a state driver’s license.
• Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex plumbing issues to customers in an understandable way.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Job Type: Full‑time.

Pay:
Commission based with salary potential of $55,000 – $80,000+.

Schedule:

8‑hour shift, Monday through Friday with rotating weekend on‑call.

No overnight on‑call; you can take the company truck home at night.
