Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed and answer questions;
Prepare (cut, grind, wrap, trim) meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality;
Operate and maintain equipment, ensure sanitation and product safety standards;
Collaborate with teammates to support a strong meat department and assist in other areas as needed;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and assist with packaging, labeling, and storage per policy.
