Location: Jacksonville, FL

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.

This position offers a consistent local service territory with no overnight travel required, while providing opportunities for overtime based on business needs.

Pay: $32 hourly

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

• Proven experience working with:
  • Access Control Systems
  • Video Surveillance/Camera Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Experience with the following manufacturers is highly preferred:

• DMP
• Bosch
• Brivo
• Hanwha Vision
• AXIS Communications
• Avigilon
• Fire‑Lite

• Must be able to arrive at the first service ticket by 8:00 AM daily
  .
• Service territory is primarily within a 90‑mile radius of the Jacksonville office
  .
• No overnight travel required.
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload and customer needs.
