Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment

Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

Previous experience as an Electrician in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment preferred

Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot control systems

Knowledge of motors, PLCs, electrical panels, and industrial equipment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
