Electrician Helper

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Candian Construction & Services Inc is looking for a motivated Electrician Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the electrical trade, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a rewarding career in construction.

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Pull wire, run conduit, and help with rough-in and finish electrical work
• Transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on the job site
• Prepare work areas by digging trenches, drilling holes, and setting up ladders or scaffolding
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on active construction sites
• Support the crew with general labor tasks as directed by the lead electrician

• Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or a trade helper role is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn and grow within the electrical trade
