Venterra Realty is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support Regional Maintenance Managers and on-site teams across Jacksonville, FL. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, locks, carpentry, painting, drywall, janitorial and grounds tasks while upholding our 48-hour service guarantee.
EPA Universal or Type I/II HVAC certification, reliable transportation, strong communication, and on-call availability after hours are required.
