Location:
Jacksonville, West, and South Florida.
The salary range for this position is $23-$26 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated CDL Driver’s who’s ready to do more than just drive. This position will work with our directional drill crew, supporting daily operations both behind the wheel and on the job site. This is a travel position — on the road Monday through Friday, home on weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the setup, operation, and cleanup of directional drilling equipment
- Assisting with daily maintenance checks including fluid level on all job site machines
- Using Locating equipment for drill head and helping with utility avoidance
- Mixing drilling fluid and supporting bore operations
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Logging equipment transported on and off the job site
- General labor work, including trenching, shovel work, site prep, and restoration
- Ensuring job sites remain safe, clean, and organized
- Supporting the crew with any tasks needed to complete the project efficiently
- Valid CDL (Class A, with tanker endorsement preferred)
- Clean MVR
- Clean background
- Ability to pass drug test (including random testing)
- Ability to travel Monday–Friday
- Willingness to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable teamwork
- Experience in directional drilling or utilities is a plus, not required
