Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to grow your career with a top employer? Our rapidly growing property management company is seeking a Maintenance Punch Technician for our prestigious luxury apartment community in the St. Johns Town Center area. This position is available at our luxury Jacksonville, luxury community, consisting of just under 300 units.
- Competitive pay!
- $100/week on-call pay
, plus paid time when called in - Less frequent on-call rotation shared with a strong team
- Full-time, stable hours:
Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts - Comprehensive benefits package (see below)

Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible)
- Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal
- At least 1 year of property maintenance experience (2+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and systems diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Hand & power tools, testing meters, ladders, pumps, compressors, and more
- Indoor and outdoor work in various conditions
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and complete physically demanding tasks
