Norlee Group, Inc., - Commercial Division, Naples, FL area, is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Foreman in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction.

We are currently offering a competitive salary, and company vehicle (once MVR has cleared) for this full-time position, Monday through Friday.

What this Role will Do

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Commercial Experience is a MUST, we need a strong leader.

You’ll be a great fit if
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
  • Be able to operate various types of equipment, as well as to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers. It will be necessary to manage a crew of electricians and be responsible for meeting a demanding job schedule.
  • Communication skills to convey information to others effectively, including follow safety rules and adhering to company policies.
  • Ability to successfully organize, plan and prioritize work.
  • Must have NEC code knowledge, Journeyman preferable.
  • Must have your own hand tools.
  • Must have proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Requires a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.
  • Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds, and work safely while on ladders.
