Maintenance Technician

We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team immediately! Responsibilities include responding to and completing maintenance service requests, assisting in preparing market-ready units, performing assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, installing locks and making keys as needed, replacing light bulbs in common areas, removing trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily, and helping maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

What we're looking for:

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
