Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Carpenter / Framer to lead and coordinate construction projects focused on framing, carpentry, and structural assembly. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations on-site and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, framing techniques, and diverse carpentry skills, with a passion for delivering quality craftsmanship on time.

Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately

Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines

Oversee the installation of rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, roofing, trim carpentry, and masonry components with precision

Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously across the site to maintain a secure work environment

Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely while managing heavy lifting tasks effectively

Conduct quality inspections of work performed; address issues promptly to maintain high standards of concrete finishing, plastering, restoration, and remodeling projects

Experience

Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on framing or carpentry roles

Extensive hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and restoration projects

Skilled in blueprint reading and working from schematics for complex construction tasks

Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in framing and carpentry applications

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely in diverse construction environments

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols; ability to enforce compliance among team members

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
