As a Maintenance Technician – Trades & HVAC Specialist with Landings Management, LLC, you’ll keep our apartment communities in Jacksonville, FL running at their best — and you’ll do it alongside a solid team who’s got your back.

This is a hands-on, trade-heavy role where your skills show. You’ll handle the kind of work that matters: HVAC installation, repairs and preventative maintenance, apartment turns and renovations, work orders, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you’ll stay sharp across multiple trades.

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Complete apartment turns with a focus on carpentry and skilled trades, including doors and cabinet installation, trim work, drywall, painting, and finish work.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately, with a typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs, and other operational tasks.

• 3+ years of multi-family maintenance, construction, or residential HVAC experience
• Solid HVAC mechanical skills – electrical system knowledge, plumbing and ductwork / sheet metal skills, refrigerant handling, proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
• EPA Certification required
• NATE certification preferred
• Familiarity with thermostats, sensors, and digital/smart HVAC controls
• Positive attitude, organized and energetic
• Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
