Your Pay: $38,000 to $55,000+ based on experience and work ethic.

Enjoy a schedule that primarily falls within business hours, generally between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM or until the day's work is complete. We also maintain a weekend on-call rotation, providing a structured approach to supporting our customers while working with a dependable team.

As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will work closely with a lead installer and will assist with installing AC and furnace systems for residential customers. You will help organize tools and materials, support equipment placement, ensure job sites remain clean and professional, and contribute to high-quality installations. You will continually develop your technical knowledge while playing an important role in creating comfortable indoor environments for homeowners throughout the Jacksonville area.

• 1+ years of lead install experience
• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Maintains a neat, professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
