Department:
Public Opinion Research Lab. Lab-OPS Compensation: $15.00 hourly. This non‑student interview position is part‑time (afternoons and evenings) and temporary, project‑based. Interviewers conduct telephone interviews to obtain research data, with occasional weekend work and a flexible schedule.
Location:
Social Sciences Building 51, Room 2222, call center on campus.
- Interview survey participants by telephone for a variety of projects.
- Communicate to participants the importance of the survey and why their participation is valuable.
- Follow a scripted questionnaire verbatim to collect research data.
- Enter responses accurately into a computer system while speaking with participants.
- Must be a non‑student of the University of North Florida; current students are directed to a different position.
- Background check required; a credit check may also be required.
- Designation as a "Responsible Employee" under Title IX; must promptly report any allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, or child sexual abuse to the Title IX administrator or coordinator.
