Residential Night Supervisor; Men

Edward Waters University is currently seeking a NIGHT SUPERVISOR (MALE) for its Upward Bound Program.

• Conducts random room checks and documents the time of checks.
• Provides supervision during night coverage.
• Documents all room checks and incidents.
• Performs other program-related duties as assigned.
• Follows Edward Waters University Dress Code.
• Follows Edward Waters University Code of Conduct.
• Becomes familiar with, remains current, supports, and ensures compliance with all College policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates proficiency in our professional competency areas, which are business mindset, communication, customer focus, drives for results, and teamwork.

• Possesses a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Internet, Windows, and Microsoft software applications.
• Creativity, flexibility, and strength in multitasking.
• Commitment to exemplary service and support to program participants.
• Must be able to pass pre- and post-employment assessments, mandatory criminal background checks, credentialing, and cheeks.
