Position Summary

Office of the Dean of Students, Care Services-OPS
Compensation: $17.00 Hourly
The Care Case Manager supports triage, processing, and general supportive services for students within the Care Services unit of the Dean of Students Office. The role includes support for the Exceptional Withdrawal process, SOS referrals, and CARE Case Management efforts, blending non‑clinical consultation, coordination of referrals, conducting interview/intake meetings, and general support to ensure student success.
Responsibilities- Triage and process student cases within Care Services.
- Support Exceptional Withdrawal process.
- Handle SOS referrals and referrals coordination.
- Conduct interview and intake meetings.
- Provide general support to ensure student success.
- Report sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse as Responsible Employee.
- Act as a Campus Security Authority (CSA), report crimes or incidents to University Police.
- Complete required CSA training.
- Background check required.
- Credit check may be required in accordance with university policy.
- Knowledge of Title IX responsibilities.
- Ability to report incidents to University Police.
- Completion of CSA training session.
