Care Case Manager; OPS Part Time

Role Overview

The Care Case Manager supports triage, processing, and general supportive services for students within the Care Services unit of the Dean of Students Office. The role includes coordinating the Exceptional Withdrawal process, SOS referrals, and CARE Case Management efforts through non-clinical consultation, referral coordination, and interview/intake meetings.

The Care Case Manager reports directly to the Associate Director of Care Services and serves as a member of the Care Services unit.

• Triage, process, and provide general supportive services to students in the Care Services unit.
• Support the Exceptional Withdrawal process.
• Handle SOS referrals and CARE Case Management efforts.
• Conduct interview/intake meetings and coordinate referrals.
• Engage with students to promote success and well‑being.

• Background check (and potentially credit check) as required by university policy.
• Designation as a Responsible Employee under Title IX, with duty to promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse.
• Designation as a Campus Security Authority (CSA); must report crimes or incidents to the University Police Department.
• Completion of online or in‑person Clery Act training (or otherwise complete CSA training as required).
