Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Complex Case Coordination (C3) Liaison to respond to crisis referrals, assess needs, and guide warriors toward appropriate internal or external resources. You will act as a case manager for treatment planning, coordinating with DoD, VBA, VHA, and community providers.
In this role, you will maintain strict confidentiality while partnering with care teams to remove barriers to care and support rapid, coordinated responses for warriors with complex issues.
