Onsite Services Specialist

As a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist with the American National Red Cross, you will support military members, veterans, and their families through compassionate case management, emergency communications, and referrals to vital resources. You'll coordinate services on and off military installations, assist during emergencies and deployments, and collaborate with volunteers and partners. This mission-driven role combines direct client support, outreach, and education to strengthen military families and advance Red Cross humanitarian goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and outreach to service members, veterans, and military families
• Coordinate and deliver emergency communication messages between military members and their families
• Connect clients with Red Cross and community resources, benefits, and referrals
• Support military-related resiliency, preparedness, and information sessions on and off installations
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and data in client management systems
• Collaborate with volunteers, community partners, and military leadership to expand services
• Participate in disaster response activities and occasional outreach events
• Educate the community about Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces programs
