What I enjoyed about the job was working in the community with our targeted youth building relationships to connect clients and providers with suitable services that benefit the client.

A challenge to the job is balancing the in the field hours with office hours combined with documentation hours. It requires strong time management.

A candidate for this position will need to have the ability to think on their feet to have the confidence and skill to remain calm during crisis.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Availability to work evening and weekend hours, and to be on-call as needed
• Prior professional experience with child welfare or juvenile justice preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
