Resident Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating various resident services and assistance for the residents of the properties throughout the Florida portfolio. The goal of this role is to plan, implement, evaluate, and adapt property services, programs, and activities associated with the Resident Services Department to improve the quality of life of the residents and achieve annual goals of each community.
The job will be based out of Jacksonville, FL with periodic visits to each of the six sites being required.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with a culturally diverse population.
- Proficient in conducting interviews while prioritizing confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong commitment to service.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously under limited supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid in-state driver’s license.
- Some travel required.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum three (3) year experience working with special needs populations such as seniors, persons with disabilities and low-income populations.
- Experience in human services field strongly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
