Mainframe Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of mission‑critical applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS‑DB, and other mainframe technologies, with a strong focus on application development and 24/7/365 production support.

• Design, develop, test, and implement new and existing business applications.
• Provide round-the-clock production support and troubleshoot Mainframe systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop interfaces and reports to support business operations.
• Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Review, modify, and debug existing programs to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

• 5 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in:
• Experience in providing 24/7/365 production support for critical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with job scheduling tools like IWS.
• Familiarity with debugging and file management tools.
• Exposure to Agile or Dev Ops environments is a plus.
