We are seeking a skilled Ab Initio ETL Engineer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data integration solutions using the Ab Initio platform. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in ETL development, data warehousing concepts, performance tuning, and database technologies. Experience in the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using the Ab Initio suite of products.
• Build scalable and optimized data integration workflows to support business and analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain Ab Initio Graphs, Plans, Data Manipulation Language (DML), and reusable components.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems into data warehouses and data marts.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, mapping specifications, and support documentation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and production support.
• Support batch processing, scheduling, monitoring, and incident resolution activities.

• Strong experience with Ab Initio GDE (Graphical Development Environment).

• Strong knowledge of ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling concepts.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of data migration and data integration methodologies.
• Experience with shell scripting (Unix/Linux).
• Knowledge of file processing including XML, JSON, CSV, and fixed-width files.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.

• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
• Pharmacy Domain knowledge (good to have).
