Overview: An AI/Machine Learning Specialist designs, develops, and implements AI solutions, leveraging machine learning and deep learning to solve complex business problems. They work closely with data scientists and engineers to create algorithms that drive data analysis and influence strategic decisions.

• Project Planning and Execution: Strategize and implement ML projects. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and oversee execution to deliver high‑quality results on time.
• Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making: Leverage technical expertise to solve complex problems and make critical decisions regarding algorithm choice, data usage, and model implementation.
• Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with data engineering, software development, and business intelligence to align ML projects with broader company objectives and capabilities.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead junior data scientists or analysts, mentoring and overseeing their work and professional development.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve existing ML processes and algorithms. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Technical or Customer‑Facing Responsibilities: Produce technical reports, present findings to non‑technical stakeholders, or interact with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored ML solutions.
