We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to be a part of building the future of RF-SMART products focused on shipping across web and server components while working with a great team. The ideal person will have a strong passion for manual software testing and be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse, innovative team.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Review and analyze system specifications and user stories to understand testing requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects. Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation including test cases, test data, and test results.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Work closely with an awesome team of developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved promptly and releases meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, practices and tools.

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Knowledge or experience in the shipping, supply chain, warehouse industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure is a plus.

• Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases and test strategies.
• Ability to think critically and analytically with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide practical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile.
• Experience in testing web applications.
• Familiarity with database testing.
