Application Developer

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Approx. 3 Months, Based on Performance)

Employment: W2 Only (U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders)

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience and be comfortable working with business users to analyze requirements, develop solutions, test applications, and support production systems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field OR
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum 6 years)
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software development or application programming
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more programming languages:
• SQL
• Java
• C#
• HTML
• Experience with application development, coding, debugging, and testing
• Experience working through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• ITIL Framework knowledge
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot application code.
• Perform application testing, enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
• Support production systems and resolve application issues.
• Participate in system integrations and database support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Follow change management and SDLC best practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and production support.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
