Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in building and scaling cloud-native, microservices-based applications. You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of backend systems, working closely with architects, product managers, and other engineers to build reliable and high-performance solutions.

Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus, particularly in environments that require high standards for security, compliance, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EKS and S3

Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them via Kubernetes (EKS)
Develop and optimize data persistence layers using Aurora (PostgreSQL) and PostgreSQL Implement caching and performance optimizations using Redis Write, maintain, and review high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

Support CI/CD pipelines; experience with Git Lab CI/CD is a plus Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance

Follow best practices for security, scalability, and observability

Required Qualifications 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Java and backend development

Hands on experience building front end applications using React or Angular Hands-on experience building microservices and RESTful APIsExperience with AWS cloud services, especially EKS and S3

Practical experience with Docker and containerized deployments

Solid experience with relational databases, preferably Aurora (PostgreSQL) or PostgreSQL Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies

Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and distributed systems

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools

Experience with Git Lab CI/CD or similar CI/CD platforms

Prior experience in the healthcare domain (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)Exposure to cloud security and compliance best practices
