Overview

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to join a team responsible for a critical enterprise web application that automates testing for other applications across the bank. Due to increased adoption driven by strategic initiatives, the platform is expanding rapidly and supporting a growing number of tenants and applications.

The team is looking to add 4 engineers to help maintain, enhance, and scale the application as demand continues to grow. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute to a platform that improves software quality and delivery across the organization.

Top Required Skills
1. Angular 18 (Most Important)

+ Strong experience building modern, enterprise-scale web applications using Angular 18.

+ Expertise with Angular components, services, RxJS, state management, and responsive UI development.

+ Experience developing highly performant, maintainable, and scalable front-end applications.

+ Strong understanding of Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development best practices.

2. Python Django Development

+ Hands-on experience developing and maintaining backend applications using Python and Django.

+ Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

+ Strong understanding of application architecture, object-oriented design, and scalable backend development.

3. Git Hub Copilot & Modern Development Practices

+ Experience leveraging Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools within the software development lifecycle.

+ Ability to improve developer productivity while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

+ Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.

Additional Required Experience

+ Java development experience in enterprise environments.

+ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

+

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and automated testing frameworks.

+ Experience building scalable, maintainable software solutions in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

+ Oracle database experience.

+ Experience supporting enterprise testing or automation platforms.

+ Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software solutions.

+ Build and enhance Angular 18 web application features and user experiences.

+ Develop and maintain backend services using Python Django.

+ Create and support scalable APIs and application integrations.

+ Participate in requirements gathering, story refinement, estimation, and technical planning.

+ Develop automated testing solutions and improve application reliability.

+ Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

+ Perform proofs of concept (POCs) and technical evaluations of new technologies.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across the full technology stack.

+ Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.

+ Support platform growth as the number of applications and tenants continues to expand.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a full stack engineer with deep Angular 18 expertise who also brings strong Python/Django backend experience. They have a experience in enterprise web application development, CI/CD automation, and automated testing, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Experience with Git Hub Copilot and modern AI-assisted development practices is highly valued.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
