Pay Range: $58K-$78K Annually General Summary

The Application Developer I position is an entry‑level software development role responsible for supporting, debugging, maintaining, and enhancing internal and customer‑facing applications under the guidance of senior developers.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provides technical support for internal users and testers for all Application Development Team (ADT) built software.
  • Develops, tests, debugs, and maintains software applications and components.
  • Implements new features and enhancements per technical specifications.
  • Documents technical specifications and testing results.
  • Supports front‑end and back‑end integration using APIs and data services.
  • Collaborates with team members to implement solutions and resolve issues.
  • Conducts unit and integration testing to ensure quality and stability.
  • Troubleshoots and debugs application issues following established processes.

    Participates in code reviews to maintain standards and improve code quality.
  • Stays current with trends in the Microsoft development ecosystem.
  • Safely handles government‑furnished equipment and materials.
  • Works a standard weekly schedule of 40 hours with overtime as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
