OTR CDL-A Truck Driver – No-Touch Freight | Consistent Miles | Home Every 2 Weeks

Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR)

Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

• 12 days out / 2 days home

• Consistent schedule designed to keep you productive while maintaining work-life balance

• 100% No-Touch Freight

• 50–60% Drop & Hook

• 40–50% Live Unload

• No Forced NYC Dispatch – Drivers are not required to enter NYC or the five boroughs

• Freight runs across all 48 states

• Majority of loads run east of I-35

• Suggestive dispatch system that recommends loads based on:

  • Available freight

  • Driver location

  • Safety and earning potential

• Average: ~2,000 miles per week

• Top performers: 2,300–3,000+ miles per week

• Average Length of Haul: ~400 miles

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the 2nd hour (or higher if required by law)

• Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher if required by law)

• Earn up to an additional 3 CPM

• Based on safety, mileage, and productivity

• Bonus begins the first of the month after hire

Top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500+ per week

Drivers with 1 year of OTR experience can join our trainer program:

• $250 additional pay per week while a student is on your truck

• Up to $1,000 bonus once your student upgrades

• Potential to earn up to $20,000 more annually

Eligibility requires 30 days of safe driving with the company.

• Must be an active company driver on the day the bonus is paid

• Performance Bonus may be modified or discontinued with proper notice under applicable law
