Immediate paid training is our commitment to you if you've struggled to find work without OTR experience. During the first four weeks of OTR mentorship, you will collect a $650 weekly stipend (please note there is no home time during this phase).

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of an accredited CDL program (120+ hours) within the last 24 months is essential.
• Must be able to pass all background tests. No pending tickets/charges. No serious infractions.
• Safety records must be clean, and all candidates must pass DOT background checks and drug screenings (hair or urine).
• Candidates must have reached at least 21 years of age.
• Documentation required includes a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT physical.
• Flexibility to remain on the road for the full 30-day training duration is a must.

After training, pick your preferred route from OTR, regional, or local options based on availability.

Begin with a brief phone screening to confirm your pre-qualification status.

Spend four weeks over-the-road learning from a professional driver trainer. No home time during training.

Travel to orientation via company-provided transportation or receive a gas reimbursement.
