Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift / Reach Truck Operators to join our team at our premier fulfillment center. In this role, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to safely load, unload, move, and stack products throughout the warehouse. If you have strong equipment handling skills and a commitment to workplace safety, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

* Put away incoming freight into high-bay racking systems and retrieve pallets for outgoing shipments.

* Load and unload trailers, ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage.

* Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and update warehouse systems.

* Perform daily pre-shift equipment safety inspections.

* Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean work environment as needed.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

To ensure safety on the warehouse floor, all associates must strictly adhere to the following dress code. Failure to meet these requirements will result in being sent home.

* Pants/Bottoms:
Must wear khaki pants or denim jeans (long pants must be completely free of rips and tears). Shorts are acceptable, provided they are neat and professional.

* Not Allowed:
Sweatpants, joggers, leggings, or athletic shorts.

* Shirts:
Shirts must have sleeves that fully cover your shoulders.

* Not Allowed:
Tank tops or cut-offs.

* Footwear:
Must wear leather or leather-like, closed-toed shoes.

* Not Allowed:
Mesh shoes, canvas shoes, or open-toed shoes.

Qualifications

* Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a Forklift and Reach Truck (Stand-up Reach experience highly preferred).

* Certification:
Valid forklift certification or ability to pass an OSHA-compliant equipment assessment on-site.

* Skills:

Strong spatial awareness, accuracy with RF scanners, and an excellent eye for detail.

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and bend during a full shift, and safely lift up to 50 lbs when required.

* Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset are mandatory.
