CDL Driver - Waste Collection; CDL Class A​/B - BOE

Capital Waste Services offers great hours with full‑time pay and benefits for CDL Drivers. Pay based on experience.

• CDL Drivers with a Class B or Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the garbage truck industry (rear load, ASL, roll off, or front end) – preferred
• Safe driving record verified through the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Current and in compliance with all D.O.T. requirements
• Valid Medical Certification
• Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• High school diploma or GED – desired
• Prior waste industry driving experience – preferred
• Satisfactory MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check

• Operate various types of trucks, including Front‑End Load, Roll‑Off, Rear‑Load, or Automated Side‑Load (ASL), to collect and transport waste materials.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with the public.
