Earning Potential:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience: $0.76 cpm Dry Van / $0.81 cpm for Reefer
• 1 year to 2 years experience: $0.79 cpm Dry Van / $0.84 cpm for Reefer
• 2+ years experience: $0.81 cpm Dry Van/ $0.86 cpm Reefer

We are seeking professional, experienced Class A CDL Drivers for OTR lanes across the Lower 48 states (No NYC routes). This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles, modern equipment, and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch. Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team.

• High Volume Miles:
  Consistent average of 3,200+ miles per week
• Premium Pay: see chart above
• Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight | 70% Drop & Hook
• Dispatch Flexibility:
  True No Forced Dispatch—you choose your loads
• Accessorial Pay:
  • Layover Pay: $150
  • Detention Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours at the dock)

Run comfortably and safely in exceptionally well-maintained, late-model trucks governed at 72 mph:

• 2024–2027 Volvo (760 and 860 models)
• 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia

• License:
  Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)

• Route Readiness:
  Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City).
