zTrip is seeking outgoing, professional, and service-oriented Airport Ground Transportation Coordinators to support daily curbside operations at Jacksonville International Airport. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the first point of contact for arriving travelers—helping direct transportation flow, coordinating passengers with drivers, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – Last Flight

Part-Time

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – Last Flight

As an Airport Ground Transportation Coordinator
, you will:

• Welcome arriving passengers with a professional and approachable attitude
• Direct travelers to appropriate ground transportation services
• Assist with organizing passenger queues and driver coordination
• Provide clear information about zTrip services and travel options
• Answer general questions and offer guidance throughout the pickup area
• Support passengers with accessibility needs to ensure a smooth experience
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate with drivers and dispatch teams to maintain efficient flow
• Represent zTrip as a knowledgeable and reliable airport presence

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a busy environment
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of travelers
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, airport operations, or transportation is a plus
