Job Overview

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, training is offered.

Compensation

First year pay ranges from $85-$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day, increasing by $3/Day every six months up to a cap of $324/Day.
Training is "shadow" training. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1000 bonus at the end of training. They will be assigned a 579 Pete automatic truck; no slip seating.
Additional $100/Day if you train new hires in cryogenics.

Benefits

Full benefits start after 60 days, including one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, medical, and 401K with matching.

Responsibilities

Run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states, with no option to opt out of any region.

Travel home for a 7‑day break; the company covers flight costs. If within 200 miles, you drive home.

Maximum 21 days out and up to 7 days home per stay. Additional time out is permitted beyond 21 days; home time is capped at 7 days unless vacation is taken.

If you are unwilling to fly, you will not be considered.

Requirements

Must have at least one year of OTR or Regional driving in the last three years.
Must have the X (tanker) endorsement at time of application.
Relatively clean MVR.
No more than five Class A CDL jobs in the last 5 years.
No felonies, and must not have failed or refused a DOT drug test.
