Job Summary

Truck Driver position at Ferguson is focused on delivering materials to customers and ensuring timely returns, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm, with overtime possible.

Hourly: $19.26 – $30.76. Pay ranges are displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Starting wage may vary by location to comply with local or state wage requirements.

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum age 21
• Prior flatbed operating experience preferred
• Maintain CDL qualifications and all DOT standards and regulations
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery, preferred
• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach
• Comfortable using basic technology, including iPads

• Deliver materials to customers, utilizing pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly for loading/unloading, and ensure delivery ticket accuracy
• Pickup customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking orders
• Work overtime as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety harnesses up to 400 lbs
