REQUIREMENTS
Must have 1 full year of Class A experience in the last 3 years (OTR or regional; local does not count).
No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 5 years and no more 2 non-DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years with non being major violations completion.
No more than 2 driving jobs in the last 12 months , or 4 in the last 3 years .
