• Operate a company vehicle to transport patients and staff to and from appointments, hospital visits, and other healthcare facilities
• Ensure a safe and secure transportation environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, patient loads, and vehicle maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
