Job Summary: We are looking for a team player to coordinate and assist withtheonboardingof new drivers and to complete or coordinateadministrativework that coincides with ournew hire process fordriversand for drivers on an ongoing basis for safety and compliance adherence.

You willassistin creatinga team atmosphere where members feel valuedand create a positive working relationship with both drivers and multiple functional office teams.

Essential Functions/Specific Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships withnew and existing drivers andteamsthrough integrity and accountability
• Coordinator andschedulegreat driver experiences.
• Complete I9s,scan documents to DQ files, completeemploymentverificationsand remedial training fornew drivers.
• Complete compliance checks and driver qualifications reviews.
• Work withthe Safetyand Compliance departments to meet service expectations and standards.
• Effectively work inPTI systems.
• Be decisive and provide solutions todriverneeds and issues.
• Successfully track driver training in the LMSand analyze reports for completion.
• Assigningadditionaltraining through the LMS system as directed by the Safety Managers.
• Assist with yard training fornew drivers.
• Assist with orientation onboarding and appropriate handoffs.
• Assistwithhours of service compliance and adherence.
• Assist with any other safety,complianceor other items asdeemednecessary by management.

Education and Experience

Requirements:

• Active CDL Class A license
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1yearsof transportation experience preferred
• 1-2yearscomputer/administrative working experience preferred
