Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Assist with inventory audits and general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus (not required for entry-level roles)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
